Our products are designed with a sophisticated tablescape in mind and are made with premium quality material.Take our plates, for example: made with a plant-based coating and thicker, sturdier paper than your average paper plate, they’re made to impress!

How do I use my discount code?
Once you enter your email, you will receive an email with a discount code. Simply click on the discount code, and the discount will automatically apply to your next purchase.
How do I get my 10% discount code once I have signed up?
On the home page, you can enter your email for the discount code. Once you do, you will receive an email with a discount code. Simply click on the discount code, and the discount will

What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as ApplePay and Shop. Credit card payments are processed through Shopify.

Shipping
What is your standard delivery time?
We ask that our customers with US-based deliveries allow approximately 8 business days to receive their standard orders. While they are likely to arrive sooner, this helps us provide a buffer should there be any unexpected delay. For international orders, the delivery time will vary. We can provide you with a better estimate once you contact us for international orders.
My package was damaged what should I do?
We take feedback from our customers very seriously and we are always trying to improve our service. If you have had any issues with quality or damages, please let us know so that we can provide you with a refund or replacement. Please take a few photos of your damaged item, and any additional supporting photos such as the damaged box, and email them to contact@tredrop.com.
Do you offer international shipping?
Of course! Please contact us at contact@tredrop.com and we can coordinate international shipping for you.
My order should have been shipped by now. What do I do?

Returns & Other Questions
Can I return an item?
While we are dedicated to providing the highest quality product and ensuring customer satisfaction. That said, we recognize that there may some instances where a product may need to be returned. If that’s the case, please contact us at contact@tredrop.com, noting the reason for your return, and we will respond with the return instructions. Please note, we do not accept returns after 14 days of delivery. We only accept returns of unopened and unused products. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping fees may apply.
